Here is my most recent experimentation making the icosahedron net...
I am a little infatuated with this beautiful little specimen and i am definitely considering it as one of my final choices, whether or not that be amongst another 2 or as alone.
However it was hard to stick, not quite as much as the Octahedron but still not entirely secure, i am having to question the technique in which i secure the nets.
I need to use something that is strong whilst still remaining neat and tidily hidden between the tabs.
A glue gun would be too lumpy and as of yet PVA made materials soggy, and Prit-Stick isn't strong enough. As much as sewing would be practical i am yet to decide how i feel about it, as it is time consuming for something of such great detail that will be wasted in the long run. Otherwise...super glue is an option, which again will be time consuming but very secure and precise.

Tracing paper net
A little too delicate without wire reinforcement but i do like the translucency.
